Metals removal
Metals are undesired in the final product and must be removed from the raw material before the Fiberbeast woodfiber line. Larger pieces of metals can also cause damages to the Fiberbeast woodfiber line itself. It is necessary for the final product and the protection of the woodfiberline that all metals are removed before processing of the raw material.
Ferometals
Standard the Fiberbeast woodfiber line is foreseen of a magnetic conveyor to remove the ferrometals from the raw material product flow. Metals such as screws, nails, waste (ferro)metals, … are removed in this way from the raw material.
Non-ferometals
In case your raw material flow also contains non ferro-metals such as aluminum or stainless steel it is advised to install a non-ferrometal detector. A non-ferrometal detector can be optional foreseen on the fiberbeast woodfiberline, if desired with a reject flow for contaminated raw material.
Washing line
The use of a washing line before the woodfiber line is also an option to remove ferro- and non-ferrometals.
