Client's request
Evergreen sought a high-capacity solution to produce wood fibers as part of an expansion project on an open field with no existing facilities. The system needed to efficiently process available wood residues while integrating advanced production capabilities.
Challenges
- The client required a system capable of mixing multiple raw materials to ensure consistent wood fiber production.
- A fertilization unit was necessary to enhance the final product’s properties.
- Raw materials had difficult flow characteristics, requiring specialized handling solutions.
- Noise pollution was a concern, especially with the system being installed in an open field without existing infrastructure.
Fiberbeast Solution
Fiberbeast provided a custom-designed production layout tailored to Evergreen’s unique requirements. The implemented solutions included:
- Installation of a double compact Fiberbeast, built for high production capacity in an outdoor environment.
- Fertilizer dosing unit, allowing precise addition of nutrients to the final product.
- Dual infeed hoppers, ensuring accurate dosage and mixing of different raw materials.
- Acoustic boxes and noise reduction materials, minimizing noise pollution in an open-space setup.
By designing a self-sufficient and highly efficient production system, Fiberbeast enabled Evergreen to maximize wood fiber output while maintaining product quality and operational sustainability.
