The Fiberbeast Woodfiber has a custom build layout and offers more flexibility for integration within your facilities and with existing installations. We can engineer the layout to fit the woodfiber line inside an existing building or to build on top of existing platforms or foundations. The Fiberbeast Standard woodfiberline can be integrated with other production processes, for the for the product flow off raw material to the infeed or/and for the supply of woodfiber to other production processes.
The custom build layout of the Fiberbeast Standard woodfiberline offers also the opportunity to foresee more space and good acces for maintenance to all components.
Processes
The Fiberbeast infeed hoppers are specially engineered for mulch, forest residues and other materials that are difficult to transport or to dose.
A second Fiberbeast infeed hopper to further mulch, forest residues and other materials.
Ferro metal removal eliminates iron-based contaminants, ensuring a clean product, protecting machinery from damage, and maintaining efficient processing.
Non-ferrous metal removal extracts contaminants like drinking cans, ensuring a clean product, protecting machines, and enhancing processing efficiency.
It is necessary for the final product and the protection of the woodfiberline that all metals are removed before processing of the raw material.
Raw materials are processed into high-quality wood fibers with precise gridding technology. The system allows for adjustable fiber sizing, ensuring optimal consistency and performance for various applications.
The woodfiber is transported to the desired storage location or to the next production process step.
