The Fiberbeast hoppers are specially engineered for mulch, forest residues and other products that are difficult to transport or to dose. The main characteristics of the fiberbeast hoppers are a wide inlet to load with a wheelloader, 22,5m3 capacity, 3m wide belt, wide exit of the hopper and a dosing belt. A galvanized frame and a robust design will guarantee a long lifetime of the hoppers.

Standard the fiberbeast woodfiber lines come with one hopper. As an option the woodfiber lines can be foreseen with multiple hoppers to produce woodfiber from mixtures of different raw materials. Mixing different raw materials gives you greater flexibility and more possibilities to influence the product parameters.
For example, bark residues (mulch) give good coloring to the product, lower cost and good structure but have a lower production capacity and more maintenance. A mix of bark residues with wood chips results in a product with the same advantages but with higher production capacity and lower maintenance.
