To facilitate this process, we offer an efficient solution with our fertilizer dosing unit, integrated into the infeed belt conveyor of the Fiberbeast machine.
The dosing unit can be adjusted for either volume-based or highly precise weight-based dosing, depending on the required accuracy. Equipped with sensors for empty detection, rotation detection, and blockage detection, the system ensures reliable and uninterrupted operation.
The dosing units can be filled using standard bags or big bags of up to 1500 kg. For big bag handling, an electric winch is provided to safely lift and lower the bags, ensuring an easy and efficient filling process.
