steaming line
The Fiberbeast steaming line is a proven technique and after more than 10 years’ experience optimized by Agricon group to robust and ideal solution for disinfecting raw materials and products. Agircon Portugal has experience with steaming bark since 2012, during these years we optimized the design in the infeedsystem, the tunnel, the structural supports and the exit of the system to improve reliability and to decrease the steam consumption per volume treated product. The Fiberbeast Steaming line can be build in different sizes according to desired capacity and treatment time. The Fiberbeast Steaming line has to be supplied with 0,5 bar steam (110°C). We can give support for the steam production if needed. A sustainable solution can be offered with an electric steam generator.
Processes
The Fiberbeast infeed hoppers are specially engineered for mulch, forest residues and other materials that are difficult to transport or to dose.
A second Fiberbeast infeed hopper to further mulch, forest residues and other materials.
Ferro metal removal eliminates iron-based contaminants, ensuring a clean product, protecting machinery from damage, and maintaining efficient processing.
Non-ferrous metal removal extracts contaminants like drinking cans, ensuring a clean product, protecting machines, and enhancing processing efficiency.
For the stabilization or enrichment of wood fibers, it may be necessary to add nitrogen or fertilizers to the raw material before it enters the machine.
With an electric stream generator we can offer an ecological and sustainable solution for your hygienization process.
Heat treatment to eliminate pathogens and unwanted seeds, ensuring a clean product. Parameters include temperatures up to 90°C and treatment durations of 15-60 minutes.
The final product is efficiently transported to the output box using a flexible and reliable transport system, minimizing material loss and ensuring a smooth production flow.
